Abstract
The 13th International Conference on Business and Management (ICBM), organized by the Department of Commerce, Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi, focuses on the theme “Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Leadership in Urban-Rural Bharat: Pathways to Viksit Bharat@2047 and the SDGs.”
The conference explores how entrepreneurship, innovation, and policy leadership can shape the economic future of Bharat through urban–rural integration, inclusive growth, and sustainable development. Key topics include the role of women entrepreneurs, MSMEs, start-ups, and technology-driven transformation, along with the impact of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 in enhancing entrepreneurial education and skill development.
A new dimension of the conference emphasizes Marketing Strategies for Entrepreneurial Growth and Human Resource Strategies for Entrepreneurial Success — focusing on AI-based branding, employee well-being, organizational diversity, and global talent management.
The conference seeks to foster meaningful dialogue between academia, industry, and government, creating actionable insights and opportunities for collaboration to support the vision of Viksit Bharat@2047 aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
