Extended Abstract / Full Paper Submission Guidelines

✧ Format for Extended Abstract

Submit your Extended Abstract (1000–1500 words) at : icbm2026@sbs.du.ac.in
Subject line of the email should mention: “13th ICBM extended abstract”

• The extended abstract should include: Title of the paper, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Findings, Implications and Conclusion.
• The font style should be Times New Roman with a font size of 12 points.
• Mention the Subtheme of the Conference under which the paper is being submitted.

Important Dates (Extended Dates)

• Last Date of submission of extended abstract: December 31, 2025
• Extended Abstract Acceptance Notification: January 15, 2026
• Last Date of Submission of Full Paper (Only for accepted papers): January 25, 2026

Please Note: Submit your full-length paper at : icbm2026@sbs.du.ac.in
Last Date for Full Paper Submission: January 25, 2026
The subject line of the email must contain “13th ICBM Full-Length Paper”.
Clearly mention the subtheme of the conference under which the paper is being submitted.

• Title: Should be concise and clearly reflect the topic or focus of the study.
• Author(s) and Affiliation(s):
  • Full name(s) of author(s)
  • Designation, Department, Institution, Country
  • Email address of the corresponding author
  • Contact number of the corresponding author
• Abstract: 150–250 words (Briefly covering Purpose of study, Methodology, Key findings, Implications/Contribution).
• Keywords: (Provide 4–6 relevant keywords in alphabetical order).
